I'm good at this. Haha I swear my ideal home temperature is like 40 degrees. Of course the problem for me is going the other way in the summer. I prefer an arctic home all year.

40! What are you wearing around the house, a down jacket?! I'm good at around 60, but like you said, in the summer that causes a whole other issue...

I've tried, but failed. My perfect temperature would be somewhere between 65-68, but my hubs likes it warmer. And Stephen, I hope water pipes in your house won't get frozen...

65-68 is already much lower than average I bet. Oh well, marriage is nothing if not compromise. Your husby has to be comfy too. :)

Hi, I found you at The Gardener's Cottage and I am enjoying reading your thoughts.
Our heater comes on when it's under 61F/16C and we are comfortable if we are properly dressed.

Such a great attitude - it can, and probably should, be applied to many aspects of our lives. The only thing we can control is our reaction to external input.
